Season Wrap-Up Party
& Animal Rescue Fundraiser
Join us at Water's Edge Bistro as we close out an amazing season with great food, live music, and a fantastic cause!
We are teaming up with Mazatlan Animal Rescue to raise much-needed funds to help care for local animals through the summer. They will be holding 50/50 draws and a raffle, and Water's Edge Bistro will be donating a portion of the evening's sales!
To make the night extra special, Chef Alastair has prepared a fantastic 3-course dinner, and we will have beautiful live music from Madai & Canek. Plus, since it’s our last day open for the season, we'll be serving up some amazing drink specials!
Menu
- 1st Course: Bruschetta — Toasted baguette with garlic & olive oil, topped with a fresh tomato & olive tapenade.
- 2nd Course (Choose One):
Chicken Souvlaki Platter (with lemon, oregano & spices)
OR
Mediterranean Seafood Skewer
(Both choices are accompanied by roasted potatoes, Mediterranean rice, & Greek salad) - 3rd Course: Baked Puffed Pastry Pocket — Filled with sweet cream cheese and berries.

- Cost: $600 pesos per person
- Reservations: A MUST! We want to make sure we have room for everyone to celebrate.
